All rights related to the software, branding, documentation, and technology remain the property of Visualcreations.
Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform.

These Terms and all agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
